information technology experience. Her area of expertise includes providing software
support, training and administration. She has trained both court and jail applications in
various states throughout the country.
Anthony Detamore
Mr. Detamore has designed numerous websites around the country. He brings a fresh,
young perspective to user interface (UI) design and development. Mr. Detamore
consults with The Amicus Group, Inc. in web application screen layouts and prototypes.
Andrea Ferko
Ms. Ferko has more than 17 years of experience in the information technology field.
From data entry, to customer support and documentation, she has worked with both
court case management (CMS) and computer aided dispatch (CAD) systems. For the
past 9 years, she has focused on customer service including training, analysis,
documentation, and quality assurance.
Ted Howenstine
Mr. Howenstine is a subject matter expert with more than 25 years of IT consulting
experience specializing in judicial systems for state and local governments. He has
focused on the analysis of judicial client business processes and the application of
technology to improve those processes. Mr. Howenstine also has management
experience with multiple CMS products. His experience includes application design and
implementation of over 150 court projects in California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts,
Michigan, New York, and Ohio.
