Rob has over 19 years of professional experience in system analysis, design and engineering. He specializes in the areas of integrated justice information systems enterprise application integration (EAI), DCM and business process management.
Rob was the lead technical architect for the development of the first commercially available Web based J2EE platform CMS deployed to multiple jurisdictions worldwide. Rob's development initiatives embrace expansion of Web services based on SOA and facilitate NIEM and GJXDM exchange standards.

George is a senior professional with 40 years of experience as a consultant and advisor to justice, agencies and jurisdictions of governments throughout the world. He specializes in governance reform, organization restructure and modernization, business process reengineering, and the deployment of technology solutions to integrate and improve the operating effectiveness and efficiency of the organizations.
George was appointed the first Director of State Judicial Information Systems (SJIS) for the Supreme Court of Florida, served as the Director of the National State Judicial Information Systems (SJIS) Program managed by the SEARCH Group and is a Certified Court Executive Officer and graduate Fellow (1975) of the Court Executive Development Program of the Institute for Court Management (ICM) and the National Center for State Courts (NCSC). Mr. Hogshead has held positions with organizations including that of Partner with the Consulting Division of Deloitte & Touche, and Partner with the Consulting Division of Touche Ross & Co.

Casey has over 25 years of experience in the judicial system. As the former Executive Manager of the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts Criminal Division, he is a recognized expert in the operational requirements of the Courts and has pioneered the implementation of a number of technical solutions that have significantly increased the efficiency of courts throughout the United States.
Casey is also a certified Microsoft Office Specialist. He has designed technical training curriculums and managed training implementation programs including rigorous Train- the-Trainer certifications for over 50 integrated justice projects.

Zoilo PedrozoDirector of Solution Services |
Zoilo has over 25 years of professional experience in software development and implementation of government information systems. His areas of expertise include system analysis, programming and standards, lifecycle management, database design and administration, project management, product management and infrastructure implementation.
Zoilo was most recently engaged as a project manager for the Massachusetts AOTC MassCourts court case and warrant management project. Among other duties, he was responsible for the design and development of the Identity Management and Court Metric standards.

Ken PringleDirector of Technical Services |
Ken has over 23 years of professional experience in hardware architecture configuration, software development, network analysis, system management and customer service areas. Over the past eleven years, he has focused on the court software release development process, managing client installations, and improving client services.
Ken was the lead technical architect for the infrastructure to support the state wide implementation of the Web based J2EE platform CMS for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His creative designs also support the unique requirements of the Alaska AOC's Statewide CMS project which facilitated real-time information exchanges throughout the state's remote regions.
